می‌گویند محمدعلی شاه قاجار، همو که از 1251 تا 1304 خورشیدی 53 سال زیست، 1 تیر در تبریز به دنیا آمد و 16 فروردین در غربت در بندر ساوونای ایتالیا درگذشت، همو که نوۀ دختری امیرکبیر بود و در سال 1285 بعنوان ششمین پادشاه قاجار تاجگذاری کرد ولی خوش دریغا که بیش از 3 سال نتوانست سلطنت کند و سرانجام در سال 1288 با فتح تهران توسط مشروطه‌خواهان به سفارت روسیه و بعد خارج گریخت و همانجا هم از دار دنیا رفت، همو که بیشتر بخاطر به توپ بستن مجلس و قلع و قمع مشروطه‌خواهان کشورش بدشهرۀ تاریخ شد، آری همو، معروف است که به استخاره خیلی باور داشت و واقع‌تر اگر بگویم یک استخاره‌باز حرفه‌ای بود!
